I was a guest on The Implicit Show, talking about growing your impact with podcasting. You can find the original post here

GROW YOUR IMPACT

We all want to make an impact, right?

Most of us do, but not all of us know where to start.

Ultimately, what it comes down to is figuring out who you want to impact. Who is it you want to reach out to, figure out who they are and what that overall objective is.

Ask yourself what transformation you want people to have.

You need to first solve these foundation questions. So many people are out there working hard, but they don’t know why they are doing it, so when the going gets tough, they are the first to fold.

Growing your impact comes down to knowing with absolute clarity what that impact looks like to you and why you are %100 committed to it.

Have the courage to ask yourself these questions and go deep. If you have trouble getting results, find a friend, a coach or a professional to help you come up with answers to those tough questions.

In order to attain any level of personal achievement, you will require a certain level of self-honesty and awareness. The more you know yourself and strengthen that bond, the more you can tap into your fullest potential.

Remember that growing your impact will always come down to how you see the world as a better place and why you would do whatever it takes to achieve your outcome.

We all have a unique story and message to share and you never know who would find value by learning about you and your life. You can create an impact just by being here right now. Don’t be afraid to shine and share your message with the world.

Our guest on the show today, Nick Palkowski, talked about how podcasting can be a great way to get your message across to an audience that is looking to connect.
